Cervico is made by VPI and sold directly through this site to clinicians in more than 70 countries. Order online, pay by card, and the kit ships from the European Union by FedEx. In some countries a local distributor can supply you; write to us and we will connect you.

Common questions
Do you ship to my country?
Cervico ships worldwide from the European Union. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will arrange it or put you in touch with a local distributor.
Which currency will I pay in?
The shop shows prices in US dollars for most of the world and in euros for euro-zone countries; the currency is set by your shipping country at checkout. Cards are charged in that currency through Stripe.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Inside the EU, VAT is applied at checkout (a valid EU VAT number for a business order is handled at checkout). For shipments outside the EU, any import duties and taxes are governed by your country’s rules; where they apply they are collected by the carrier on delivery unless the checkout states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if you need a quotation including duties.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped by FedEx International Priority from the EU. Transit is usually a few working days to North America and Europe; the carrier’s tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves.
Which VPI insert do I need with the Premium Kit?
The Premium Mold works with a VPI prosthetic connection insert made for your implant connection and platform. Tell us the implant brand, model and platform when ordering; we confirm with you which insert you need, and whether it is part of your order, before shipping. The compatibility table lists the systems.
Can I return a kit?
Unused, unopened kits can be returned under the refund and returns policy. Silicone inserts and consumables that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What is the registration status of Cervico in the United States and Canada?
Cervico is registered and listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and registered with Health Canada. FDA registration and listing is not the same as FDA approval or clearance. Cervico is manufactured by VPI in the European Union and used by clinicians in more than 70 countries.
