This kit includes:
1x Cervico Guide,
1x Cervico Essential Mold

The Cervico Essential Mold is the simplified version of the Premium Mold. It works directly with the stock implant analogs from your implant company, with no proprietary inserts required. Both centered and off-centered shapes are built into the same mold.

The Cervico Guide evaluates the edentulous space, centers your osteotomy via its cylindrical tabs, and selects the ideal cervical profile using 12 anatomical tabs across four tooth groups (anteriors, premolars, square molars, elongated molars) in three sizes each.

The combined use of the Guide and Essential Mold gives you full control from implant positioning to emergence profile delivery, with no lab involvement and no system-specific accessories.

Compatible with all implant systems through their stock lab analogs.

Registered and listed with the U.S. FDA; registered with Health Canada (registration is not FDA approval or clearance). Manufactured by VPI in the European Union. Shipping, currency and duties by country.

The Essential Mold is a simplified version of the Premium Mold that works directly with the stock implant analogs available from each implant company. Connect a temporary abutment to your stock lab analog, push it into the desired well, and rotate the assembly until the buccal reference on the abutment aligns with the “tear” mark on the front of the well. Fill with flowable composite, light cure, unscrew, polish, and deliver.

The mold contains 24 anatomical wells covering four tooth groups (a: anteriors, p: premolars, m1: lower molars, m2: upper molars), each available in three sizes (S, M, L) and two symmetry options: centered, and off-centered. Each well features a “tear” extrusion on its front surface that marks the buccal position, ensuring the abutment shape corresponds to the implant’s prosthetic connection orientation.

The Guide features 12 anatomical tabs across four tooth groups (anteriors, premolars, square molars, elongated molars) in small, medium, and large, plus 8 cylindrical tabs (5-12mm). The cylindrical tabs evaluate the mesio-distal space and let you drill through the central bore with a pilot drill to center your osteotomy. The anatomical tabs then mount onto positioning pins placed in the osteotomy, so you can visualize the planned healing abutment relative to the site and verify implant position at every drilling step. Each tab code maps directly to a well in the mold.

What it costs per case

A kit is bought once and reused. Divide its price by the implants you place in a year and the years you will use it, add the composite, and compare with what you pay per case for a lab-made or single-use abutment. Every number is editable. Full pricing page.
