Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the last of them.

How to tell us

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. A letter sent by post or an email is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires. You do not need our permission, a return number, or an explanation.

What happens after you withdraw

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Sending the goods back

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period expires.

Return the goods to the address above, unless we give you a different one. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may unpack and examine an item as you would in a shop.

Cervico products are supplied for professional use by licensed dental professionals. If you bought in the course of your trade, business or profession, you are not a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you. Our 30-day return policy still does.
