The abutment is shaped on your implant manufacturer’s own temporary abutment, so the connection stays theirs. Essential: any stock analog for your platform; write to us if you want your analog and temporary-abutment combination confirmed before ordering. Premium: a VPI insert matched to your brand, connection and platform, listed in the compatibility table.

Included: the Guide (tray, 12 anatomical tabs, 8 cylindrical tabs, handle, 4 positioning pins, 2 depth gauges) and the mold; the Premium Kit also includes the off-centred silicone insert. From your own stock: the temporary abutment for the implant you placed, a stock analog (Essential), a nano-hybrid flowable composite, your curing light, and polishing brushes, mops and paste (available in our shop). Premium Kit buyers: give us your implant brand, model and platform; we confirm with you which VPI insert you need, and whether it is part of your order, before shipping.

The Guide is used in the mouth: its cylindrical tabs confirm the space and mark the osteotomy, its anatomical tabs pick the cervical profile, and each tab carries a code. The Mold has a well with the same code; the temporary abutment goes into that well, composite is added and cured, and the abutment comes out with the profile you chose. A kit is a one-off purchase that is reused; per case you use part of a syringe of flowable composite and the temporary abutment. The pricing page has the current prices for your region and a calculator that turns them into a cost per implant case against lab-made or single-use alternatives; the assumptions in it are editable.

Use the Essential Mold with your stock analog, or write to us: inserts are added on request when the connection geometry is available.

Read the instructions and one case together; check you have the temporary abutment, analog or insert, composite and polishing kit for the implant you will place; decide who fabricates and who polishes; and run the sequence once on an analog outside the mouth. The playbook is a good pre-read for the restorative side.

Fabrication is under five minutes with practice: fill, cure, unthread, polish. Add the profile selection with the Guide before, and delivery after. The first ones take longer.

A nano-hybrid flowable composite, cured to its manufacturer’s instructions and highly polished on the tissue side. Brands available in your market vary; ask your composite representative for a flowable suitable for provisionals. Why composite explains the material choice.

With the Premium Mold, yes: the insert fixes insertion depth and the orientation of the connection, so an abutment made in advance seats at the depth and orientation that were planned.

Yes. A socket-shaped abutment made at the surgical appointment seals the socket over the graft and shapes the tissue from day one; see the sealing socket abutment.

Both are autoclavable; the metal parts and the silicone insert follow the cycle in the instructions for use. The silicone insert is a wear part and can be replaced.

Make the duplicate impression post in the same well as the healing abutment; it carries the tissue contour into the impression or the scan. With the Premium Mold the duplicate is 1:1. See emergence profile.

Polished composite healing abutments and provisionals have been used and documented for years. The tissue-contact surface must be highly polished and free of unpolymerised resin.
