What Cervico costs, and what it costs per case
A kit is a one-off purchase that is reused for years. Below are the current prices for your region, what each kit includes, and a calculator that turns the price into a cost per implant case against the per-case alternatives.

What you are paying for
| The anatomy | Twelve cervical profiles across four tooth groups, three sizes each, taken from measured cross-sections of natural teeth, plus twelve off-centred variants. A three-well index has three generic shapes; a home-made mold has whatever you carved. |
| The diagnosis | The Guide measures the mesio-distal space, marks the osteotomy, checks angulation with the pins and reads depth and tissue thickness with the gauge, all in the mouth, before the drill turns. Nothing else on the list does any of that. |
| Repeatability | With the Premium Mold an assistant can pre-fabricate abutments that seat the same way every time. Freehand and index techniques depend on whoever holds the abutment. |

Cost per case
Divide the kit price by the implants you place in a year and the years you will use it, add the composite. Compare with what you pay per case for a lab-made or CAD/CAM abutment, or a single-use anatomical abutment. Change any number.
Estimates. Kit price is the current shop price for your region; the other numbers are editable assumptions. Excludes the temporary abutment, which any technique uses, and shipping or duties.
Common questions
Why does a silicone mold cost this much?
Because it is not a silicone mold. The price buys twelve measured anatomical profiles in three sizes and off-centre variants, a diagnostic Guide that measures the space, marks the osteotomy and checks angulation before you drill, depth and orientation control, a 1:1 duplicate impression post, and a metal, autoclavable instrument that lasts years. The silicone is the packaging of the shapes.
What is included in the Premium Kit?
The Cervico Guide (tray, 12 anatomical tabs, 8 cylindrical tabs, handle, 4 positioning pins, 2 depth gauges), the Premium Mold, and the off-centred silicone insert. A VPI prosthetic connection insert for your implant connection and platform is required with the Premium Mold; inserts are sold in the shop, and we confirm with you which one you need, and whether it is part of your order, before shipping.
What is included in the Essential Kit and the Essential Mold?
The Essential Kit is the Guide plus the Essential Mold. The Essential Mold alone is the mold with 24 anatomical wells, centred and off-centred, that takes any stock implant analog you already own.
What are the running costs?
A fraction of a syringe of nano-hybrid flowable composite per abutment, plus polishing consumables. The temporary abutment is the one you would use for a provisional anyway. The silicone insert of the mold is replaceable.
How long does a kit last?
The Guide and the mold base are metal and autoclavable and are in daily use in practices that bought them years ago. The silicone insert is a wear part and can be replaced.
Is Cervico a registered medical device?
Cervico is registered and listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and registered with Health Canada; registration and listing is not the same as FDA approval or clearance. It is manufactured by VPI in the European Union. See where to buy for ordering by country.
Is there a warranty or a trial?
Kits are covered against manufacturing defects; see the terms and conditions. There is no trial period, but the playbook and the cases show exactly what the system does before you buy, and the finder helps you pick the right kit.
