For this reason it is necessary to verify that the user owns a compatible Cervico Mold before supplying this accessory. If the insert is ordered on its own we might request any available information that confirms ownership of the Premium Mold. This may include previous order number, invoice number, purchaser name, or any other details that allow us to identify the original Premium Mold purchase and confirm version compatibility.
